Gradphoto.com is proud to be your professional
photographer for this wonderful ceremony. Here are a
few things to keep in mind to ensure that we get a
good picture for you.

Do I need to
sign up?
No! Your school has already contracted us to provide
the photography for your ceremony. We will take a
picture of everyone that crosses the stage, as well
as friends and family pictures prior
to, and after the ceremony.
How do you
know who I am?
We identify every graduate that walks across the
stage using a combination of readers cards, audio
and video.
How do
you know where to send my proofs?
You can pre-register to receive
your proofs and your personalized identification
number
here.
How long will it take to see my proofs?
Typically pictures are available online within 3
days
of your graduation. If they are not available when you
check, you can enter your email here to be notified
when they are active on our site.
Is there any
obligation to purchase?
No! We offer our photography as a free service to
the school. If you like your picture, please buy a
few. If not, you are under no obligation to.
If I order,
how long will it take to get my picture?
Typically orders place on the website arrive 5-7
business days depending on the USPS. Orders placed
over the phone, fax, or mailed in usually take 10-14
business days. Purchased jpegs are typically emailed
within 2 business days.
Can you
ship to international addresses?
Yes! There is an additional $15.00 fee for
international shipments.
Can I have a
picture taken with my family?
Yes! We are always available before and after the
ceremony to take your picture. Our photographers all
wear nametags, and are usually very easy to find.
Don't be shy! Just come one over and we'll get a
great picture of your whole group, which will be
available online under your school's "Friends and
Family" link.
